The receptionist, in addition to being extremely incompetent, was also rude, rude and threatened us. She ran over my friend, literally forbade us to talk to each other under the threat of not being allowed to go karting and not returning funds without explanation. The administrator also did not familiarize us with the security rules. I do not recommend this go-kart to anyone!!!! Please take action!!!
