A paid subscription does not guarantee access to the account at all. They block them without warning, they don't know their own public offer agreement, and they interpret the obvious rules of the agreement in their own way. After a substantive discussion of the reasons for the blocking and the clauses of the agreement, they stopped picking up the phones altogether, they did not respond to emails in the mail, and the telegram bot also did not respond. In total, you pay money, but you get blocked, ignored, and the worst customer service that ever happens.
