We realized this when we ordered according to the English-Russian menu, and then the waiter began to compare the order with the Azerbaijani menu. It was calculated for us naturally at a higher price. The food itself is tasteless, made from pita bread that breaks. The service was slow, the waiter forgot that we had ordered soup and remembered only when all the other dishes were already eaten and it was easier to wait for the bill than to wait for the soup to start cooking.
