There seems to be parking for the house, but it is small and extremely narrow, but in principle you can always find a place. The entrances are well maintained, but they are very beaten up by life, tired... The layouts in the corner apartments also leave much to be desired. In general, it feels like the house was conceived as luxury housing, but for the years 2000-2007. In 2025, it is pronounced strongly, despite the fact that it is clear that the house is being taken care of, and not very badly!
