Kaspiy Bank misleads its customers through its application. I came across this situation: the Kaspiy Bank application has a feature for blocking unwanted payments, designed to prevent fraudsters and Internet sites from automatically debiting funds from the card. I have set up this feature by adding a website gamesport.com to the blocked list. Everything seems to be working as it should, but it wasn't there. The Bank still debits money to the account of the fraudsters if access to online payments is enabled. It feels like the bank is acting in collusion with such fraudulent resources.
