They refused an installment plan (3 months) for a product priced at 36,000 tenge. The manager whispered (take it for 12 months but on credit). Sent them downwind.

It's all good. But there is always a long queue in this department, despite the efforts of the staff. Maybe it makes sense to look for a more spacious room for this densely populated area and add maintenance staff?
