I came fully prepared: my passport was stamped, I had a local phone number and an IIN. All the data was filled in in advance. The staff asked for my Russian INN (it was also possible to provide SNILS), specified the address of residence in the Republic of Kazakhstan and printed out the contract. Then we took a video selfie, I logged in to the Caspi Bank app, and they immediately printed me a bank card. Be careful — the card comes out of the cartomat hot! This is a monocurrency card, it works only in tenge. The exchange rate is more or less acceptable. The main nuance is that the bank does not publicly disclose exchange rates, so it is necessary to focus only on market indicators. The service was polite, communication in Russian was without problems.

My friends decided to make me a gift and ordered a Haomi 11S phone for me in the Kaspi app through the Kaspi store, they indicated my address in Ridder in the order. Starting from 06/10/2022, they receive SMS notifications that the phone is with the courier, yesterday 06/16/2022 they received an SMS notification that today is the day of delivery, but the day has passed and no one has brought anything. I called 9999 yesterday and wanted to find out why there is no delivery. The operator girl says that the courier cannot get through to the number linked to Kaspi, I explained to her for half an hour, but she did not achieve anything, she persistently repeated the same phrase that order confirmation is needed by phone linked to Kaspi. The person who made the order is located in the Krasnodar Territory and this number does not work there, that is, SMS messages are coming and calls are not received. It turns out to be almost a standard situation and no one can solve this issue, they can't connect me with the delivery service either. Therefore, I advise everyone to think hard before ordering goods in the Caspi store through the app, and then choose an ordinary online store, where everything is much simpler. After talking to the operator, I doubt very much that I will receive my gift.

There is a bad opinion about this bank, a terrible bank. They block accounts without notifying the client and at the same time say that notification is not included in the bank's policy. And to twist our money, is it included? They work on some kind of unsubscriptions from private ship executors, without going into the essence of the matter. They don't even bother to find out that there was no trial. The attitude towards depositors is disgusting.
