I am a foreign citizen and have applied to many banks to get a card. Almost everywhere I was refused and asked for a certificate from my place of work, although I did not come to work, but to visit. At Kaspi, everything turned out to be completely different. All that was needed was a local phone number, an IIN, and registration. The card was opened in just 10 minutes, and I was able to use it immediately. The staff is very polite and friendly, they explain everything clearly if something is unclear.
