The answer and the official position: such information is not available in the template certificates, which the client can order and print independently at any branch of Kaspi Bank. I don't have time to wait for a response within 14 days for a written application. By the way, the deposit has been open since 2023. Complete lack of customer orientation and willingness to help. I will withdraw my deposit from this bank. Overall impression: 100% formalism and lack of empathy. Interestingly, BCC also does not have such template references, however, my question was resolved there.
