I just saw the small print on the door. You need to walk with a magnifying glass. And from the road, how to see it is problematic. But there are no words for the staff. I used the services of this department. I turned to the girl at the entrance about opening an account. She immediately began to demand in a rude tone all the documents for this. I had to raise my tone, only after that she came to her senses and began to communicate normally. All the other employees communicated perfectly and offered their help. And the one who issued the card and the girl at the currency exchange. And only the monster at the entrance spoils the impression of the whole bank. When I left the bank, I noticed that there was already another girl at the entrance, very positive and polite (I saw how she communicated with the client). That's how one person spoils ALL the work of other people.

Local Kazakh SIM card Pre-download the bank's app Gold cards are multi-currency, not in rubles, tenge, dollars, euros, but any deposits in dollars / euros are converted by the bank into tenge and stored in the account in tenge. You can open a deposit in dollars, but I doubt that it is useful. The first year of service is free of charge.

I really want to share my feedback about this department and its employees. I didn't have time to cross the threshold, as the consultant girl quickly asked me what exactly I was interested in, knocked out a coupon and sent it to wait. Less than 10 minutes have passed (2 people in the queue with the same request, opening a card for a non-resident), I went to the window, and the operator quickly made an application for opening a card. Approval came immediately, and here I printed out a card for myself in a minute. I was amazed at such well-coordinated work and incredible speed. The employees are very pleasant, cultured, and as prompt as possible! Thank you very much! I have never seen such service and warm attitude towards a client in any of our banks.
