Complete disappointment with the work of your bank. First, almost the entire country was hooked on your products, then aggressive and widespread advertising of deposits (come and place them, and we'll pay you big interest). And so, I take all my money and come to the branch of your bank at 156 Tole bi before work with a lot of money in my bag. I thought that now I would put everything on deposit and be calm for myself and for my money. No way. It costs 6!!! ATMs, one of them accepts only US dollars, the other 5 - tenge...NONE OF THEM WORK! How's that? Is there really no way to notify your customers that there is some kind of emergency situation, that the ATMs are not working? Noooo. What for? Let them go, personally see the inscription "The terminal is temporarily out of service" on the screen and go where they were going. That's what I call a "Cool attitude" towards the bank's customers. Bravo!
