I came to the Kaspi bank branch on 04/29/2025, at 17:48 with my wife, the card opens in a few minutes, we took a coupon for opening, they gave it to my wife, I waited, they started telling me that I would not make it, although there were no queues, windows 4 and 5 did not work for some reason, as a result they didn't serve me and said that no one would open it for me, although all the documents are on hand and it opens quickly.
