The most terrible service I've ever seen. A short story.
I called the call center a week ago and said that a courier was needed to send the parcel to another country, informed the size and weight of the parcel and warned that a box would be required. The line warned that you ONLY need to pay in cash to the courier.... Okay, I withdrew the cash.
They promised a courier on the day of the order until the evening. No one came that day, and then the fun began....
The next day, when calling the call center again, it turned out that the courier did not arrive, because he could not do it day after day (although they clearly said today at the first call). They said that he would definitely arrive today (at the same time they asked again what I was sending, where, the size of the parcel).
On this day, the courier actually called, once again clarified what and where I was sending (for the third time). Suddenly, when he heard again that a box was needed, he said that he did not have the box with him, and if he needed it, he would have to postpone delivery to the next day...
The next day, ironically, turned out to be March 8th. Of course, no one came either. And now we are smoothly approaching the final.
9th of March. The courier calls in the morning. For the thousandth time, he asks what and where to send, after which he says that he will arrive in the morning, because the day is short. He receives a counter request to call before arrival.
And so, at 15:00, the courier did not arrive and does not answer the phone. According to the map, the branch closed at 14:00. The package has not been sent.
With such an incredibly dismissive attitude towards customers, I would like to advise everyone to bypass this office a kilometer away, but there is one "BUT"... The lack of alternatives... Yes, of course there are also parcel delivery services, but they either cannot deliver to the country I need, or they cost incredible money...
I will also add that the company's website is as disgusting as the attitude towards customers.
