KAT11 is located on the 11th floor in block B of the Nresidence complex. There is a Russian-speaking manager Azat. He is friendly enough and is always ready to help, if it does not contradict his benefit. That's where the advantages of this place end. As for the disadvantages, there are quite a lot of them: - there is no exact price for the room, they constantly tried to sell me a more expensive room (the Turks in this regard are constantly trying to make money) - there is a smell of smoke everywhere (smoky rooms and smells from neighboring rooms) - thin walls (moans of neighboring rooms can be heard) - it's dirty, there are stains on the furniture and everything is scuffed everywhere - cockroaches are running around - very weak Internet connection I stayed from October 7 to October 14, 2022 and paid 430 liras per day (which was generally expensive for a room like this, as I later realized). I highly do not recommend these apartments. In the same complex you can find both cheaper and better.
