Great hotel. An outdoor swimming pool with a children's section through a fence. Swimming pool for lounge relaxation. Lots of greenery. Breakfast complexes to choose from are quite satisfying. There are lunches and dinners. There is a pond with catfish. There are also gazebos for leisurely conversations with fish. There is a small zoo: rabbits, domestic birds and parrots. The territory is small, but enough for easy walks before going to bed. There are tables on the street in front of the rooms to eat, which was purchased outside the hotel. It's not very diverse, but you can always choose something, you never stayed hungry. The only drawback is that to get to the beach you have to bypass a huge hotel that blocks the direct path. The hotel is located on the first line, but it takes 10 minutes to get to the beach, because there is a social facility between the street and the sea, fenced off by a concrete wall. Eco-style, everything is wooden, which turned out to be a big disadvantage - everything creaked terribly and very strong audibility. I heard a neighbor walking in the next bungalow. There is also a dog on the territory of the hotel who has some kind of disease. She was constantly whining and barking in pain. Cleaning every day, very nice staff. The airport is about an hour's drive away. Overall, the impression is positive.

The rooms are standard. But the territory of the hotel is just a fairy tale! Drowning in the jungle! Palm trees, blooming plumeria, birds of paradise singing, a pond with lotuses and an evening serenade of tropical frogs, a large pond with turtles and large fish, aviaries with birds. It's just a tropical paradise of some kind!!! But we must understand that Kata beach is hidden behind a huge wall of some kind of sanatorium and you will have to go around this fence to the beach (min 10). We stayed at the hotel from November 30 to December 9, 2018. I liked everything very much! Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly with smiles. Check-in was supposed to be only at 14 o'clock, we arrived at 11:30. We were settled at 12. We almost didn't have to wait! Which pleased me pleasantly. The superior room turned out to be on the second floor, with a balcony overlooking the pool and the neighboring wall of the house, where every evening we watched the geckos, who shared a place under the lamp. Every morning and evening we were delighted by the singing of birds. Squirrels were running in the garden of the hotel, birds were flying, collecting nectar, and large snails crawled out on the asphalt after the rain! For nature lovers, this is paradise! During the day, you can swim in the pool – the water in the pool is clean, there are filters, the water circulates and cleanses all the time. 2 pools of 1.2 m and 1.5 m. The room has a hairdryer, TV, refrigerator, 2 umbrellas, a beach mat, a beach bag, a small kettle, 2 cups for water, 2 cups for toothbrushes. The double bed is very large, the mattress was hard, but we like this one. The linen is of good quality, but old (there are spots on the bed linen). The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed every day (2 beach towels, 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 1 foot towel), new toilet paper was put on. Shower gel and shampoo were added. A shower cap, soap, and cotton swabs were added as they were used. We didn't bring anything of our own, we used everything! Every day, 2 bottles of water of 0.5 liters were put in the refrigerator . The breakfasts were almost always the same – a buffet. Sample set: rice, boiled vegetables (2 types), rice, omelette, soups (2 types), beans in tomato, ham, sausages, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, Peking cabbage, sliced vegetables, bread (you can make toasts yourself), waffles or pancakes, or fried bread, jams – strawberry and some other kind, fruits – watermelon, melon, pineapple, drinks – tea, juice (upi), water. Maybe I forgot something else. We realized that you can't leave your food plates unattended! There are very arrogant birds flying in Phuket that will gladly eat or taste your food from a plate. If you warn in advance (before 21.00 hours of the previous day), then breakfast can be prepared for takeaway in a package. The set is very good: water, juice, nuts, bun with filling, cookies, banana. For lunch and dinner, sometimes we also went to the cafe at the hotel. Seafood is very tasty! At the hotel, you can wrap your luggage in a film before departure – 150 baht. The hotel has a safe (at the reception). All documents and money were stored in it. There were no problems. I really liked the hotel, especially its green area and friendly staff!

I liked everything, but here is some information: 1) Kata Beach is 12 minutes away at a relaxed pace, Karon Beach is a 20-minute walk away. The hotel is on line 2. 2) there are different bungalows, but the price is the same for the package. 3) small lizard geckos lived in our bungalow. They hid from us behind the mirror and the air conditioner. It didn't bother us, it's a jungle, but it's a fact. 4) almost all tourists in the hotel are Russian speakers. 5) the breakfasts are quite decent. 6) There is practically no public transport. We thought it would be like Pattaya: frequent tuk-tuks drive, brake, pay and drive. There was not enough locker or shelves to place things. There are only hangers, a table, a chair and a bedside table. The chair, which is funny, is 1 for a 2-bed room. - The most terrible thing. The hotel has 6 rooms that are really POORLY located. 4 do not have balconies or tables next to the room and the door is directly on the "river" and 2 balconies overlook the same "river". View, kanefna....mdaaaa. It wouldn't be ice to settle in them. But there are only 6 such rooms. I think the disadvantages are not terrible anymore. Now the pros) 1. There is a pond in the third. 3. Excellent breakfasts. It's true that all 2 weeks are the same, but the menu is so big that you won't get bored in 2 weeks. What else about the hotel? The on-site pool is cleaned every morning! This is the best three-star hotel I've been to.
