We had a vacation with friends in early October 2025. I really liked the hotel. 1. Stunning territory, lots of greenery, palm trees, a real jungle. Beautiful authentic interior design in the lobby. 2. The cleanliness in the room is excellent, thanks to the maids. I broke the glass, they brought us a new one and a receipt for 50 baht (150 rubles). We changed towels every day, and at our request we could change beach towels twice a day. The bed linen was clean and new, but the pillows were not very comfortable. The staff was friendly, requests were fulfilled quickly. Everyone smiles, the maids greet each other. The $100 deposit was refunded upon check-out. 3. The breakfasts are plentiful. Fruits, porridge, omelet, sausages, sausage, cheese, Thai and European cuisine. The drinks were of average quality, and for delicious coffee we went to the Amazon coffee shop, a 2-minute walk from the hotel. 4. 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel is Kata Beach with a surf school. Sun beds and umbrellas are paid, for 100 baht (300 rubles). There are several 7/11 shops near the hotel - the cheapest is sold here! 5. Souvenir shops and markets, cafes, Thai massage and currency exchange offices are at every turn. Bargain in the markets and shops - they greatly inflate prices. Russian russians spend a lot of time in the area, and the menu in many cafes has been translated into Russian. We are currently staying at this hotel. From August 4, 2025 to 17. I like everything, repairs do not interfere) The territory is large and green, the pools are cool. The child doesn't want to climb out) The sea is nearby, waves, but very warm and you can lie on the shore) The location is excellent, there is everything nearby and there is a lot of everything. We were met at the reception, and the suitcases were delivered) The staff is friendly. Every day you realize that you are in paradise and you don't want to leave at all) Who's going why, as they say. ## Vacation experiences at Kata Palm My vacation with my husband in February at Kata Palm Resort 4* in Phuket left the warmest memories, and we definitely want to return! Special thanks to my agent Natalia, the company Fly Novokuznetsk with us – a real professional! Prompt booking, excellent consultations and valuable advice (especially the advice to skip dinner – we enjoyed walking and eating what we wanted while exploring Phuket in the evening) made our stay even better. I trust her 100%! The hotel impressed us with its stunning green area – it is a real oasis of tranquility. The many corners with pools, sculptures and fish are an ideal place for photo shoots. I remember the pool on the roof of the blue building with great views, it's just a pity that it's open until 19:00, I would like to enjoy the views longer in the evening. Breakfasts are beyond praise: a large selection of fruits (at least 5 types), vegetables, salads, yoghurts, a variety of hot dishes – you definitely won't go hungry. You can safely take a small snack with you. The staff deserves the highest praise – from the reception to the maids, everyone is very polite and attentive. I was especially pleased with the approach to beach towels: if we took them to the beach, then we were always clean and fresh in the room. A very pleasant moment! The atmosphere in the hotel is relaxed and friendly, there are many foreigners. There is a good gym in the blue building. Kata Noi Beach is just a 7-minute walk away, the road is pleasant, past cafes, shops and massage parlors. There is a food market nearby where you can eat delicious and inexpensive food (especially tom yam and fish), although fruits are more expensive there. The sea is clear and calm. Diving off the rocks with masks (masks can be bought on the market) is just a delight! A couple of money tips: * It is better to take dollars in large bills ($ 100) of a new sample – the exchange rate is more profitable, a passport is not required. With 20 and 50 dollars, there were cases of failure in one exchanger. * Rubles are also easily exchanged, so it's profitable to take cash. The tours were taken through a Pegasus tour guide at the hotel – the prices are normal, the organization is on the level. It is convenient that it was possible to pay using a QR code. We will definitely come back!
