Kinda nice place to stop there. Clean pool, polite staff, comfortable room. Restaurant food is really good and delicious. And also beach is really close. I found only advantages, that’s why I would recommend this place

I recommend the hotel one hundred percent, the staff is all buns, darlings, good understanding of the language, even Russian. The room is large. Room cleaning daily, with replenishment of all consumables. Water every day. Nice pool with sun beds. The safe is free. Towels are changed every day. The breakfast is impressive. There are several types of rice, lots of vegetables, soup, you can order an omelet, there is always tea, coffee and milk, pancakes with honey. Fruit. In the evenings, we have dinner in the same place, there is always a discount, coupons are given, the menu is great. I recommend it!

The Tverdaya 3* hotel, the beach is a 5-minute walk away, the market, shops, various cafes and restaurants are right behind the hotel. The location is in the very center of the tourist area, which, of course, is very convenient. However, there are some disadvantages: the rooms are already in need of renovation, as well as the swimming pool on site, the fish ponds are dirty, apparently they are not cleaned at all, therefore the fish are poorly visible. Room cleaning is daily, but at different times - they will come early in the morning, when we are still asleep, then we have to wait until the evening. The staff is friendly, almost no one knows Russian, but we still communicated as best we could. The breakfasts are quite good, but monotonous: fried rice or simply boiled, paddy noodles in various forms, chicken with vegetables, fresh vegetables, sausages, bacon, toast, pancakes with jam. Coffee and tea, milk - all this is in abundance. Watermelons and pineapples, there were no other fruits. In the evenings, we could have dinner at the same restaurant at the hotel with a 10% discount, however, it was not very tasty and the cost was somewhat expensive even with the discount, so we had dinner there only once, and then went to other places. In general, the hotel is good, cleanliness is maintained at a high level, and of course the most important plus is the location, proximity to the sea. Otherwise, you can probably find better ones, but of course, on a budget.

We stayed at this hotel. We really, really enjoyed it. Cleanliness, silence, tranquility and many more epithets. Everything is working: air conditioning, safe, daily linen change, room cleaning, bottled water, coffee, tea, sugar and all that. The room is spacious. There was enough room for us out of three people. Some people in the dining room didn't have enough Swedish food in the morning, but that's okay for me. The most important thing is that everything is delicious and the main thing is to eat in the morning. So this is for the food lover.

We are currently vacationing at this hotel and if you are thinking about booking, then do not hesitate. This hotel is the best in its location. When booking, it was at the lowest price. There is a wall almost all along the street at Kata Beach, and as a result, the whole street still goes here to the sea. Immediately to the left, behind the wall (if you stand with your back to the hotel), there is a food market. There is everything your heart desires, meat, fish, seafood, fruit smoothies, prices are very reasonable, cheaper than in a cafe. The hotel also has a good restaurant, they give 10% discount for residents, they have excellent pizza from the oven. There is a good swimming pool, which is not always available for local hotels. Breakfasts : I like it, there is always rice, stewed and fresh vegetables, noodles, chicken in various forms, sausages, bacon, ham, pancakes, fried eggs and omelets, toast, juice, coffee... In general, you can hardly have such a variety for breakfast))) they clean up every day, towels are changed, 2 bottles of 0.5 water are brought. There is shampoo, soap, cotton swabs and a hair dryer. We were given a room on the 3rd floor in the 2nd building with a view of the pool and we are happy. Indeed, the side rooms on the ground floor are not the best, they overlook the wall one and a half meters from the balcony, but we have a huge balcony where the sun is always on. In general, the guys are doing a decent job. I sincerely do not understand the negative reviews for the money paid (I believe that for the pretentious there is a Hilton hotel on the right for several million rubles)I haven't seen a single negative in a week!

Great hotel. We are resting now. For *** stars - a super hotel. Thanks to the staff for the daily cleanliness in the room and clean linen and towels. Very attentive staff. The restaurant at the hotel is very popular, even the police and civil servants of Phuket dine. No wonder, the food is delicious, the serving is beautiful. In the morning, a free buffet breakfast is served in the hotel's restaurant. We ate with the whole family. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach slowly. Kata beach is good - wide, clean, lots of sun beds with umbrellas (100 baht per sunbed). We moved a little to the left of the main descent, there are better sun beds and fewer people. There are plenty of shops with food, clothes and souvenirs near the hotel to the right/left. The best prices for groceries and booze in the 7eleven store. But there are always queues. Many things are more expensive than in Kaliningrad. Don't rush into everything on the first day. Take a closer look at the prices, compare them. The bazaar always discounted the price by 20%-30%. Thais do not want to bargain, but if they negotiate respectfully and with a smile, they will give in. A couple of learned Thai words made it easier to understand each other. The pool is normal, the weather is normal. The rest is great! We'll be back. Thanks Phuket and Katapoolside.

Breakfast is fine, you can eat. But if you could take it without breakfast, then I would take it without. The hotel is located on flat terrain and close to the sea. Even if I had changed to a hotel near Karon beach, I think it's the best beach. I would advise everyone to take a hotel near Karon beach. Good location of the buildings - you can't hear the noise from the street. Not all rooms have a good view from the window. It's a bit of a worn-out hotel, but it's calm enough. A small swimming pool. Breakfast is at a decent level - different types of hot food, eggs, vegetables, fruits. Very friendly staff. Cleaning and linen change in the room daily. Beach towels were not always changed every day, but they do it without problems upon request. The set of toiletries is good, but there is no shower gel. The refrigerator, air conditioning and safe work smoothly.

The staff is friendly, the room is large, the safe is free, tea, coffee, 2 0.5 bottles of water, umbrellas, which is important during the rainy season. There is a swimming pool, there are not enough sun beds, umbrellas are broken. The breakfasts are very modest, with only watermelon and pineapple among the fruits. There is no baking at all. Tea and coffee from kettles, a mess. They don't take a deposit. Pay attention to the towels, after the next cleaning, there is only one beach towel left, the second one was taken away. We immediately went to the reception, explained the situation, the cleaner who cleaned came, looked and really didn't. They brought a new one. By the way, beach towels are not changed. I recommend the hotel.

We rested in this hotel in November 2024 (today we returned on November 24) .The hotel is very nice and the rooms are large. It took about 1.20 hours from the airport to the hotel (but it depends on traffic jams, it will take longer to get to rush hour). We arrived at the hotel around two o'clock in the afternoon, immediately settled in, cleaned every day (changed towels), brought two bottles of 0.5 l water (glass bottle), soap, shampoo, tual.paper , cotton swabs . There are beach towels. The room had a safe, hairdryer, umbrellas, electric kettle,cups, TV (1 Russian channel) . The hotel staff themselves are very friendly , always smiling!!! Breakfasts - in principle, you will not stay hungry (scrambled eggs , omelet , bacon , sausages , ham, rice, noodles, fried chicken ..., dry breakfast with milk ...) tea, coffee, although they are not delicious ( but you can survive it). The location of the hotel is just wonderful , everything is close and cafes and bazaars and shops and fruit stalls , in short everything is nearby. We went to cafes Verandah, Hottabych, I really liked cafe Gagarin (this cafe , there is even a menu for children here ) and the kitchen itself is good, they cook like at home - delicious !!! I advise you! ) these cafes have both Russian and Thai dishes for every taste)))there is a foot court nearby - it's not bad either)). It is a 5-minute walk from the hotel to the sea. The beach is clean, the sand is fine, the water is clear, the entrance to the sea is also excellent solid sand. There are sun loungers on the beach, but they are paid)) There is also a tuk-tuk stop nearby. The fare is 40 baht. /person There are shops here (their network) 7 elevons in which all products are much cheaper than in other shops (beer, rum, juices, yogurt, milk,.....there are a lot of fashionable things to find)) . Well, about the weather in November - we rested for 9 days, the weather was: In the afternoon + 30 +33 🌞🌞 At night + 27 +28 The last two days it was cloudy + 28 in places it rained, but the weather was super, although the rain goes well in such weather, the sun does not bake so much. The rain does not last long and passes quickly . There is also a swimming pool in the department (not a small one, there is a place to swim ) there are sun beds by the pool. There is absolutely everything within walking distance: restaurants, exchangers, souvenir shops, massage, 7/11, 999, makashnitsy, stalls with grass, fruit markets, flea markets. The territory is clean, there are no animals in the rooms, only geckos on the street, but thanks to them there are no mosquitoes at all. From the rooms on the 3rd floor, you can see the big Buddha. Cleaning is daily, towels are changed regularly, the staff is friendly. The pool is large, I didn't find a single minus, before that I was in the top five in Turkey and in the top four in Egypt, this hotel is much better. The breakfasts are always the same, but normal, fried eggs, sausages, bacon, rice with chicken, vegetables, herbs, watermelons, pineapples, pancakes, toast with jam, coffee, tea, juice. But we tried lobster in the hotel restaurant - not very much. Look elsewhere.

A good hotel for your money. Excellent location, 4 minutes walk to Kata beach. There are only two entrances to Kata beach along its edges, since it is fenced off by a huge hotel throughout its entire length. And Kata poolside is just at one of the entrances. The territory of the hotel is small, but clean and well maintained. There is a large swimming pool. The breakfasts are meager and monotonous. But we are not picky. They didn't stay hungry. The rooms (at least ours) are large, not dead, the air conditioning works well, although a little noisy, but not critical. There is a TV. There was at least one channel in Russian, maybe more, but we did not check, because the TV was turned off only once, after checking in and did not turn on anymore. The rooms are cleaned every day, cleaned well. The staff is friendly and friendly. We had a room on the second floor, the view from the balcony was not very good. In fact, on the wall of the neighboring hotel, but it doesn't matter to us, because we went out on the balcony a couple of times a day to smoke. The situation is the same on the ground floor, although there are rooms with access to the pool. The rooms on the third floor have a view of the big Buddha. Geckos crawl around the hotel (but not in the room). Perhaps because of them, there were practically no mosquitoes in the hotel. Since it is located on the first line, if I may say so, there are all sorts of establishments and shops, exchangers, etc. around.. But we mostly ate at the ready-to-eat market, which is just to the left of the hotel. They cook very tasty and the price is reasonable. Considering that this is a hotel at the bottom of the market, if you look at the beaches of Kata and Karon, then the hotel is definitely worth the money, we were very satisfied. Thanks!

On February 5, she returned from Tai. I didn't expect 3* to be so pleasant. The rooms are just great. Beautiful, big and cozy. There's nothing to do with children here. But for a quiet rest, that's it. The staff is very polite and helpful. Although they asked for the 2nd floor from Moscow , they tried to put it on the 1st floor in the farthest corner . But I didn't agree. The breakfasts are not very varied, but I had enough. The location of the hotel is simply gorgeous. The sea, shops, exchangers, cafes and a chic grocery market are nearby. That's just no view from the balcony and the air conditioner is noisy (but they often are). Cleaning every day. In general, I am very happy with the trip. I hope to come to this hotel again!

They raked out all their pockets, searched for rubles, and offered to take our food. It was humiliating. The transfer was waiting for us. I assume that the maid did this because they didn't leave a tip. Or it's the hotel's small-time earnings.

We are currently resting in September 2024. The hotel itself is very decent for its 3*..... Large rooms, good (though monotonous) breakfasts.... But the main thing is the proximity to the sea in 3 minutes! I recommend it for sane money (I was in Tae 10 times!) But the tour operator BIBLIO GLOBUS is terrible! We have Vladislav! I didn't give him any useful information, just to sell him excursions.... It's all clear... But when there is a Storm on the island, he drags everyone to the islands manipulating the fact that only there you can swim (since there are big waves on the other beaches and it is impossible to swim) and people go hoping for this ..... Although even Thais on the street do not sell excursions saying that it is very dangerous and you need to wait out these Days!!!! Some went and of course there was no question of any bathing, everyone was vomiting from the pitching on the boat and it was raining constantly!!! No photos, no sea! Only Vladislav is happy! Take excursions on the street, there are more decent people working there and the price is 3 times lower! And yet, only thanks to vacationers, everyone learns about the beaches on the island where you can swim, the tour operator does not specifically talk about them in order to drag everyone to the islands!

A nice old hotel. The main advantage is the location. The sea is 5 minutes away, there are markets and shops around. It is a 15-minute walk to Karon, 10 minutes to Kata noi. convenient location! there are makashnitsa street eateries nearby, they sell fruits right there, and more expensive restaurants right there. to the beach - just cross the road. bus station and taxi stand opposite. Polite staff, towels are changed every day, I clean efficiently, plumbing without complaints, safe without any deposits. The room is spacious, the area is small but cozy, as well as the pool. I also liked the restaurant at the hotel: an inexpensive breakfast buffet includes Thai and European dishes. Quiet, the noise from the street does not interfere. We stayed at this hotel for 11 nights in September 24. We were in Tae more than once or twice, but everyone who writes wonderful reviews here has probably never been to the best places. At least for the price tag for this hotel, believe me, you can find it better, it's not worth the money! This is the three cheapest! We changed rooms twice, and booked two initially double rooms for a large family. On the second night, we woke up from living creatures running on the ceiling, then once again waking up abruptly turned on the flashlight in the phone and saw the splinter teacher in his youth ... all rooms stink of dampness, air conditioners flow and roar like rotorcraft, furniture is about like in hotels in Egypt, the bathroom is still tolerable in stone and a separate shower area and bathtub. At first we lived in the second building on the 2nd floor, on the first do not take it at all - dampness, thin doors can be heard from the street even as the wires on the insulators crack because the high voltage passes right next to it. We moved to the first building with a view of the resep and the pond on the third floor on the end and at first we were happy, then it started to rain and realized that the roof was flowing, a river flowed out from under the cabinet, drops dripped on the drywall of the ceiling separately. The only advantage is the proximity to the sea, a minute / two walk past the municipality. Out of season, there is no buffet for breakfast, they bring a menu of standard breakfasts. We were with the kids, no yogurt, no cereal, nothing. Just scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs, rice or noodles. Pineapple and watermelon are made from fruits. The waiters do not understand English well. They constantly mess up. They bring coffee and tea, and then food, it all cools down and you drink it cold. You have to wait 40 minutes for breakfast. Of course, if they had indicated somewhere on the websites, they would have chosen another hotel. A mango stain was left on a small towel in the room, in the morning at the reception we were charged 100 baht. Let's go and buy our disposable towels. So as not to unnerve the staff. There were 6 people living with us (2 rooms and 2 children in each). There were only 2 towels in each room. They asked for an extra blanket for the child - 100 baht per day. Disgusting hotel! Old rooms, shower and bathroom without watering can. The air conditioner hums, as does the ventilation, which cannot be affected. It was our 3rd trip to Thailand. We had a rest with my wife from 06/20/19 to 07/01/19, not a big cozy hotel. Large spacious rooms have everything you need, refrigerator, safe, shower, bathtub, balcony with mountain views (we lived on the 3rd floor). A large nice pool. The staff is friendly, if there are any comments, they decide instantly. The breakfasts are without frills but everything is delicious (if you like Thai cuisine) . The price corresponds to the quality. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, the location is very good. We liked it, if we go to Phuket again, we will most likely try to stay at this hotel.
