This is not the first time in Phuket, because we say from experience that the Villa is the perfect price / quality!!! *surrounded by greenery *separate bedrooms go on the second floor, where you need to go up from the outside, not inside the house, but it doesn't bother you at all, we walked barefoot from floor to floor, everything is clean *in the kitchen we only had enough for 4 people, plates, cups, wine glasses, appliances, a large pot and frying pan * toilet the room is made in an original way, also has a separate external staircase, a separate building, inside there are panoramic windows with curtains, where there are three doors (toilet, urinal, shower) and a large sink with cupboards *isolated from all 2-storey only villa in this hotel complex, peace and quiet, they never even locked the doors - there no one goes from outsiders only cleaning * super responsive girls at the reception, our phone and the rest of the assistants - thank you so much :)!!!! We ordered and presented a gorgeous cake from the hotel for my daughter's birthday, just great! *the ideal location of the hotel from the noisy first line *all cafes, shops, pharmacies on the 2nd line are more affordable than on the 1st line, and the quality is not inferior :) fresh smoothies can be bought for 30-40batt, unlike 50/60batt on the 1st line, as well as nutrition. I've never been poisoned, had no stomach problems, good food, large portions. *we will climb the Buddha, the hiking trail is not easy, but it's worth it, there is an observation deck at the beginning of the path with swings, we will climb with the help of rope railings, if possible, we will not climb for the faint of heart :) *walking distance to the beach is 10-15min. We quietly cut the way through the locals, mini mangoes grow along the way, you can safely take them, the locals just sweep them into piles :))) We like Karon beach more, so we went there more often than to Kata, but the distance is the same. The hotel has a 2-piece beach bag in the rooms, large and stylish. You don't have to carry your own. If I had known, I wouldn't have been carrying an extra load of towels and beach bags!!! *cleaning every day at the request of the posted sign, tea and coffee are added, 6 pcs of 0.5 liters each.

A good decent place for adequate money. The location is good - between Karon and Kata, there are a lot of cafes nearby. You can rent a bike cheaply at the hotel, which we did. The territory is well maintained. There is a swimming pool. The view is great. Cleaning every day, if you put a note on the door handle. Housing is very free!

At Kata Tranquil Villa for the second time. Everything is super as always! The reception staff is friendly, the villas are clean, the linen is snow-white, the towels are fluffy and white :) Why did you choose Kata Villa again? Because the location is good, between the two beaches of Karen and Kata. Go in any direction-10-15 minutes through cafes, markets and shops. The Macro market, 7/11, is within walking distance. The villa has a veranda with a refrigerator, dishes, a microwave oven, and a stove. If you don't like Thai food, you can always buy ready-made food and reheat or cook whatever you want) A ceiling fan is installed on the veranda from the heat, which helps with evening gatherings. There is a swimming pool on site. There are also laundry services, ironing, scooter rental, airport transfer. The usual European breakfasts are scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, vegetables, pancakes, etc. The three of us had a rest, we were given a bed for a child in the room. To answer the question, would you go back to the Villa?! The answer is yes! We are already planning for next year, just with friends and in a two-story apartment, but this is a completely different story))
