It looks more like some kind of temporary facility than a full-fledged skating rink. There is a separate incomprehensible entrance for the audience, there are no bleachers, the safety glasses are cloudy and dirty, which makes it impossible to see anything. There are no facilities for the audience, not even a basic toilet.
