I came to the gynecologist Aydana Kazieva for treatment, in the 9th office. I came on a recommendation, hoping to get help. As a result, immediately from the first appointment I sent to take expensive tests, to do ultrasound, which in total cost me 89 thousand tenge. After passing the tests, she prescribed me a bunch of medicines and vitamins, also not the most budgetary, for about 250 thousand. I attached the photo of the appointment to the review.
After that, despite the high cost, following the appointment, I drank everything that was prescribed. I came once every 2 months, as the prescriptions were for 3-4 months. However, even after 8 months, my condition has not improved.
Next, Aidana khanim just stopped responding to me. Ignored all messages, attempts to contact her and make an appointment. My sister goes to see her too, I asked her to ask why she doesn't answer me, to which she said: "Your sister has a difficult character. It's hard to work with her!" Although I carried out all her assignments with discipline.
In fact, she didn't even bother to tell me directly, as an adult, that she was uncomfortable working with me, leaving me halfway through treatment without bringing results. My condition worsened and I lost time with her while attending her consultations.
I consider this attitude to the patient extremely unprofessional and inhumane.
I am aware that she is actively on Instagram, so I advise you not to do this. As it turned out, this is not an indicator of professionalism. When I showed her appointments to my subsequent gynecologist and reproductologist, the highest category, I was ridiculed, saying: "What kind of treatment is this? Who appoints such a thing?" They even took a picture of themselves on Instagram for humor. I was left with an unpleasant aftertaste, especially since I really needed help. Therefore, my review is negative. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!
