I want to share my experience with the fantastic professional Alina and express my gratitude for all the support when buying an apartment! It took me six months to buy the apartment of my dreams, where Alina held my hand and helped me with everything. I can't even imagine how I would have done it without her, it would have been simply impossible! There were so many pitfalls in almost every one of the 30+ apartments viewed, and so many details in fine print in the agreement! From the very beginning, Alina helped to find apartments that are worth seeing, negotiate the best price, get a mortgage and simultaneously cope with all the bureaucracy! Everything is different in Spanish law, and Alina knows so many subtleties that I did not realize existed. In the end, thanks to her knowledge and connections with banks, notaries and real estate agencies, which accelerated all the processes, I had the most profitable deal for a fantastic apartment with mortgage approval (I had previously tried three banks unsuccessfully) Without her help, the whole enterprise would definitely have turned into a complete disaster with the loss of money instead of an excellent investment! Thanks again, I recommend to everyone such a wonderful professional who cares about clients as if they were his family!

I would like to express my deep gratitude to Alina and Albert for conducting all the necessary negotiations, conducting screenings and preparing all the necessary documents, as well as just for the human attitude. You and your company are well done and professionals! I recommend 100% and even more In October 2019, we signed an agreement with Kaufmann & Winkel for the sale of an apartment in Spain on the Costa Dorado in Cambrils. I am a permanent resident of Russia, so all negotiations, meetings and all necessary documents were prepared by Kaufmann & Winkel employees. We were constantly in touch, they kept me informed of everything that was happening. The first deal was scheduled for March 2020, and there was no limit to joy. I bought tickets and wanted to personally attend the deal, but because of COVID19, the borders were closed, all flights were canceled. Alina and I decide to prepare a power of attorney. I am sending the power of attorney and all necessary documents to Spain as soon as possible. And everything seems to be fine, everything is according to plan, but a few days before the deal, buyers refuse to buy. SHOCK. We are very upset and depressed, but we decide to continue. For the summer period, we suspended the sale of the apartment and rented it out. And since September, the sale has resumed again. And at the beginning of October 2020, the cherished deal took place!
