It's a cool hotel, the interior in the corridors is decorated in a national style. The rooms are comfortable and comfortable! Nice bed, the room is decorated as it should be in good hotels.

Excellent hotel, pleasant prices. Breakfast starts at 8:00, but it's better to come early because I'll sort everything out later, photos are attached, you can see where the hotel is located, what food options and what a room for three looks like, there is everything for convenience, a small refrigerator, a TV, towels and accessories. The only negative thing about Bishkek is not only the smog and the smell of smoke, as everything is heated by stoves.

We stayed for one night. I liked everything very much. The hotel is located in a quiet location, private sector, not far from the center. The room is clean, everything is there - towels, soap, shampoo, dental supplies, kettle-tea-coffee-sugar, air conditioning in each room. There were no problems with the sewage system. We lived on the second floor. The breakfasts are excellent, you can choose according to your taste. The outdoor terrace in the green garden is just great. The staff is polite. The audibility is good, but it didn't stop us. It is possible to place bicycles in a separate room. Overall, a very good impression. If we are still in Bishkek, we will stop here.

The furniture is dead, the Internet is constantly falling off, the staff is good, the prices are adequate. The kettle in the room is leaking, there is no water pressure. If you want to spend the night outside after arrival, then go to this hotel. The arrival was scheduled for September 24th. Booked on August 18th. On September 19, I called the hotel and warned that the plane was arriving at 23.30 on that very 24th of September, so I would be from one to three in the morning on the 25th, depending on whether I would stop by for dinner in the city.
Imagine my surprise at 3 a.m., when I was brought to the hotel after the trip, and my reservation was canceled there. Do you know why?
- You don't have a Whatsapp. We are contacting him. We couldn't contact you, so we canceled the reservation, and tomorrow at 12 we are waiting for guests. But we have a sauna, you can sit in it.
The conversation on the phone, either with the hostess, or with some competent administrator, was generally pleasant. She tried to give me a lecture on international hotel booking rules and explain that I, as a truly imperialist Russian, humiliate her independent country. However, I could not explain to the diplomat with 30 years of experience which of the international conventions in the field of tourism and migration, as well as which of the articles of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic obliges customers to have a Whatsapp in order to reduce the cost of connecting a hotel of questionable level. My Russian phone worked fine.

They promise one room, you come and show another, it's just a shock. The employees worked with the telecom for a whole day why it was not working, in the end they did not figure it out. The air conditioner died after 3 hours of operation and almost suffocated at night. In the toilet in the family room on the 1st floor, the window looks out into some kind of boiler room, there is no ventilation from the word at all!!! We moved out after the first night!

I really liked the hotel. The staff is very polite, attentive, and helpful. A big plus is the possibility of living with animals. We settled down with a cat, went on business, we come, there is no cat. The entire hotel staff was looking for our cat. As a result, they were found in the room under the wardrobe. The cat is stressed (changing the usual environment). And I can't tell you what the hotel staff and we went through. I think we will be remembered for a long time. We are very grateful to all the staff of the hotel.
The hotel is clean, cozy, the breakfast is varied, for every taste.
We liked everything. I want to go back.

The hotel is located in the private sector, respectively, the constant barking of dogs (and at night too), the cries of poultry (including quails).
It was located in room 14 - the bathroom door was broken (it did not close), the TV did not work (allegedly the last guest turned on the settings, and the technician would come in a couple of days), constant failures in the boiler (it was impossible to wash without calling the reception). The toilet seat is broken and cracked.
There are no complaints about the cleanliness of the linen and the room.

The location is terrible, there is nothing nearby. A HOTEL FOR VACATIONERS! Guests with dogs lived in the neighboring rooms. And they were barking all night + the time difference and you're not sleeping at all. The Internet does not catch everywhere, hot water is not always hot, the lights are turned off. I moved out of this hotel with great pleasure.

We stayed at the hotel twice. And we were satisfied . The backyard of the hotel is very cozy. There is a sauna.
Polite staff. The rooms are beautiful and clean, the bed linen is clean and fresh. The breakfasts are delicious and hearty. There is hot water. In the heat, air conditioners save you.
Of the cons: in the bathroom, water flowed from the ceiling along the wall. And the trampling of the neighbors from above is very audible.

I am writing our room specifically ... it smells damp , even rotten ... water ... this is a minus ... the bed is huge and super .. the mattress is the best that I slept in Kyrgyzstan ... the towels are super ... the windows were opened , the air conditioner was turned on and the smell disappeared or we sniffed ... we woke up at 9.50 and washed ... the smell in the morning was already 100% again we decided not to spend another night here ... Although we planned 2 , my wife planned and I already went to Russia in the morning by car on your own!!! She was the only one who didn 't want to sleep here .. and we paid 2 at once ... at 10.50 we were already standing downstairs and said that we would not stay for the second night ... by law we must return the entire amount ... since the hotel does not incur losses .. for the reason that it can populate others .. moreover, the check-in takes place after 14.00 ... the money was not returned ... I don 't care about the laws .. yes, few people in the country know them, even the police ... who stopped them for everything in a row wanted money, but I didn't give them it ... they come up with the rules themselves ... you know, 3000 Soms is not the right amount for the hotel owner ... and they also went into the room and say you don't smell ... hahaha .. yes, I read the reviews, I was not the only one who noticed this.... Poor Wi-Fi in private rooms, 7 checked - terribly 1 division, 23 - good reception. Breakfast buffet - there were not enough meat products for breakfast. The walls seem to be made of cardboard, you can hear everyone and the neighbors on the right, left, top and bottom. The rooms are poorly cleaned (plumbing). The locks of the handle all fly out, close the bathroom doors carefully. The staff is polite and helpful.

A clean small hotel among private houses. Difficult parking. The staff is not intrusive, so much so that the broken entrance handle was never repaired, they said "the door with a secret, we'll change it later."
