A good hotel for those who like to soak up the thermal pool in the off-season. There is an indoor and outdoor heated swimming pool. There is also an outdoor pool with regular water, but it was a little cold. You can walk on the mountain next to the hotel. I liked the breakfasts. The only drawbacks are the remote location from public transport. You can't get there on foot, only by taxi.

The hotel is nice, clean, delicious, the area is gentrified. The managers are very courteous and polite.
But I didn't like the room service and the bar, the service is off the hook and if you don't look European, you feel neglected. I'm crossing off the list of places where I would like to stay again

With its proximity to the Izmir center and ring road, safe, reliable, comfortable, tasteful structure and kind staff, it is an excellent hotel where you can get thermal service that you will feel at home without returning home.
While sleeping with the sounds of birds and waking up with the sounds of birds, swimming in the hot thermal pools offers a very privileged pleasure.
Every time we return to Bodrum and Izmir, we have nice meals with our family elders, swim in thermal pools and after a good sleep, the way to Istanbul becomes more enjoyable.
Congratulations.

We were here for 1 day in total. The location is a little further from the center.
The room was booked for 3 people. They just added a cot to the small room (I didn't like this moment).
A taxi is nearby, it's not expensive to get to the center.

Everywhere it is indicated that the hotel is 5 stars, but it is worth considering that this is a Turkish 5 stars. No bathrobe in the room, no toothbrushes. If you ask for something extra, they will bring it in 30 minutes or not at all. As luck would have it. When booking through booking, the price for accommodation of 1 and 2 people is the same and I accidentally booked for 1. Further, in an almost empty hotel, they did not want to add a person to the accommodation for free, although I showed at the booking that the price tag is the same for two people. I had to pay another 900 lire.
Excellent spa, but extremely weak customer orientation of the hotel itself.
