There is no departure board, you need to go and look for the name of the carrier on the windows yourself, where Turks are selling tickets screaming like crazy to find out which platform your bus will arrive on. The toilet is paid, the food is questionable. The bus was late, of course, no one warns passengers about this. I strongly do not recommend bus service in Turkey
