Where in the correspondence they claimed that the fresh flowers had just arrived !!! The result was collected incorrectly (one of the bouquets, the color of the wrapper, was ignored not through my fault but through my carelessness, I also paid extra to the amount paid where the wrapper was already included for the third wrapper, the cuttings were brought late, the flowers were dry, the buds were terrible ( not fresh, it was very unpleasant and inconvenient in front of my family (((the withdrawal is more expensive than everywhere but it doesn't matter when the quality matches, that's why I came here earlier, the service and quality leave much to be desired!
