Scientific Research Institute of Construction and Architecture. It is located in the 3rd microdistrict between 44 and 3 houses. There is a parking lot next to it. Check-in from Ulukbek Street (Domostroitelnaya).

An amazing creation of the Almaty "architects" designed under Akim Beibek and painted in the very center of the residential area, on the site where there used to be a park, and it seems like a gathering place for residents in an emergency. The funny thing is that this creation is the Kazakh Research and Design Institute of Construction and Architecture! This is all you need to know about modern "norms" of construction.
