We would like to write a review about a wonderful doctor, a master of his craft and just a good person, about the surgeon of the Abdominal Oncology Center, Serik Kuandykovich Menbaev. Serik Kuandykovich performed a very difficult operation on our father, thanks to which our father found a chance to live on. After the operation, on the third day, the father could get up and move around, feels well and continues to live, delighting his loved ones. Throughout his father's stay at the clinic, Serik Kuandykovich could always be contacted to clarify his father's condition, it was possible to discuss with him what and how best to do so that his father would get better sooner, always gave the right advice, even with his heavy workload. We are very glad that our father's operation was performed by such a wonderful doctor and such a wonderful medical staff, thank you very much! And why is there a shower in the radiation departments, but it does not work, people lie in the department for months and do not wash? Finally, put things in order in the departments, make sure that the shower and toilets work.

I asked her to take a biopsy, but she even took a biopsy from the wrong place, and of course the biopsy showed nothing. As a result, I applied to another institution and they immediately said that it was a relapse.

I can't say anything like that about doctors, they just charge money, they didn't have time to go into the office, the doctor didn't really have time to say anything, as she sent them to pay, while they were standing in line at the cashier, she took her father out the door and started taking others, they wanted to ask where and what next, the doctor said, your Time's up, don't you see I'm taking the following patients!!! She records every 10 minutes, but we didn't stay there for 5 minutes, and during those 5 minutes, some guy broke in endlessly, I JUST ASK, why did she take 8 thousand?! Then they go from office to office to get more money for two words!!! What an attitude, in the eyes of a grandmother, and in the brain a rest! Then they travel abroad with people's hard-earned money!!! There are people who give the last of their money, but doctors don't care, they make money for two words and an understatement, shameless, there are no words! Why bow low to them?! I don't know who had it, we had it like that, where is their Hippocratic oath?! You can't describe in total what the attitude of doctors towards patients is!!! In a word, a careless attitude
