I do not evaluate a specific department, but the overall work of Kazakhtelecom. I have been their client since 2021, but it seems that the company is doing everything possible for me to leave for another operator. Every week we receive intrusive calls offering to connect a tariff with two SIM cards. I have repeatedly explained that I am not interested, since my wife and I are paid for by the company. The most annoying thing is that, as an existing client, I am offered this tariff 5,000 tenge more expensive than new clients. That is, new ones are cheaper, permanent ones are more expensive. This attitude can hardly be called loyal. Despite all the explanations, the calls continue, and the tariff is persistently imposed. Such service only pushes for a change of operator.
