There is a problem with the Internet. Submitted an application . On the same day, the modem was replaced and the router was installed. The Internet works well. Well done, promptly . But I did not like the fact that the station stopped supporting the installed modem, and Kazakhtelecom did not warn and did not call to resolve the issue in advance, although the modem was installed in October.

I visited kazaktelekom and I can't write anything good. All that's left is a spoiled mood. Registration by QR code is made terribly inconvenient. Despite the fact that I still have at least 20 years to work before retirement and I've always been friends with applications, but even I couldn't register in the queue and had to contact the employee at the front desk. And what about songwriters who don't even really understand how to make calls from a smartphone, not to mention the QR code that supposedly just needs to be photographed (to read the QR code, you need an appropriate application and mobile Internet, not just a camera on your smartphone). Moreover, without mobile Internet, even through applications, you can't do anything, and not everyone uses the mobile Internet. Some try to connect to the free Wifi that Kazakhtelecom does not provide. This is one time. After that, I had to sit for 15 minutes and wait for at least one of the employees to enter the hall and start receiving customers (at least 6 tables in my field of vision were without employees). That's two A relatively normal tariff plan, which in principle suited me for 6100 tng (landline phone, paid caller ID for a landline phone as a paid supplement.service, ADSL Internet since you don't want to spend optics in the hourly sector), lame mobile Internet according to the tariff plan from Altel kasyaktelekom with 30 GB of which I don't even spend 2 GB in a month, since even in the city center in a private house the Internet catches with difficulty jumping from H+ to 4G and I have to connect they archived my Wi-fi ADSL modem :-(. And now there are tariffs that are no longer satisfied with additional paid services that no one seems to connect, such as TV + mobile, which I will not use anyway, but at a price already over 7,999 tng, which is crossed out on the site, but it is valid that almost 1,900 tng is more expensive than my previous tariff under the same conditions. Unfortunately, other Internet providers in Kostanay do not yet provide Internet to the private sector of our area. I would contact them because their prices are cheaper. Further...The tariff plans on the website do not correspond to the actual prices when renegotiating the contract (this is called deliberate deception). For all normal people, a crossed-out price (screenshots) means that this price is currently invalid (New Year's promotions, pre-holiday discounts, etc.) and you need to look at the new valid price (not crossed out) written next to it, which is valid at the moment. But for some reason, the employee declares that it is the CROSSED-OUT PRICE (invalid). this is the current price at the conclusion of the contract, and the new price is ONLY for new customers. Although it is clearly written on the website (screen) that NEW CUSTOMERS ONLY get a 50% discount AND ONLY for the first month. And the fact that the crossed-out price is valid for those who renegotiate the contract IS NOT MENTIONED ANYWHERE. Also, systematic promotional calls to a cell phone from a telecom spambot with the imposition of new paid services that are not of interest have already been gotten. Moreover, after a spam call with the imposition of an unnecessary paid supplement.the service that you refuse, the bot starts running ads for this service again until you hang up. And a few days later, the Vkontakte spambot calls again and imposes the same paid service again. And why is caller ID still considered a paid service if it goes everywhere by default. A paid service is the display of hidden numbers (even for mobile operators). But the caller ID service on a landline phone for 95.65 tng does not show hidden numbers.

The payment went up, it was going to be sorted out, but in the end it turns out that I have run out of discount. I applied for the discount again. Thanks to the experts. Everything was explained, everything was quickly arranged
