There is everything for a comfortable stay: excellent playgrounds, picnic areas, cozy benches for relaxation, as well as specially equipped areas for sports. The park is very clean, spacious, lots of greenery and flowers. It's a pleasure to come for a walk. Independence Park, a good idea with a description of the periods and events associated with this period. But everything is in Kazakh. I really wanted to read the whole story, but unfortunately I couldn't.
There are 2 official languages in the country, so why is Russian ignored?

A pleasant place for walking and playing sports. Well-groomed flowers, shrubs, trees and crumbling architectural compositions: "Baytershym" with a broken balustrade and broken bas-reliefs, cracked steles with achievements of 20 years of independence, rusting pyramids of unknown purpose, an uncomprehending and dried fountain. In winter, you have to be very careful - at the central entrance and on the bridge to Ordabasy there are areas covered with unrealistically slippery tiles.
There are few people, so there is practically no infrastructure, no cafe, no toilet in sight.
It is very interesting to hear the wind howling in chains on high steles near the flag. Beautiful view of the city from the alley above the cliff to the road and the Koshkarat. The rotunda gazebos, surprisingly intact and clean, connect the past and the present...
