A large building with numerous offices. I want to mention the excellent buffet on the ground floor! They cook very well. For 2-2.5 thousand, you can have a very hearty lunch with homemade food. There is a printout, music courses (or a recording studio), a school for children. Relatively inexpensive offices. I rented 65 squares for 150,000 there for 6 months in the first half of 2022. Average repair, but maintenance and repair of rented space is not very good.

An old Soviet five-storey building requiring major repairs. There is no hot water supply. The window blocks have not changed since they were built. There is no elevator.
