She remembers everything, is more attentive to everyone, is polite and tries to find a solution to the problem in the interests of the patient, it does not matter whether he came to the referral or for a fee. The nurse also does everything silently and quickly. The doctors are all very professional and attentive. I would also like to mention the doctor who does the cycloscopy. I have not seen him (with dilated pupils and poor eyesight, only the outlines are visible without lenses), but I have heard and experienced how he sees patients! He talks to everyone very patiently, like with children. He explains everything in detail, at the same time, he will not say anything superfluous himself and does not allow patients to have unnecessary conversations (but very tactfully!). A good ophthalmology center. However, one minus, when eye drops were dropped for pupil dilation, then I had to stomp up to the 2nd floor along a narrow spiral staircase to see a specialist. We could make a diagnostic room on the second floor, which you pass before the drops, and let the doctors down to the 1st floor, who take after eye drops, and then it would not be so difficult to walk with your eyes closed.
