I have received parcels in this mail several times. This is terrible! The woman on the issue is barely moving. The parcels are piled up, although there are shelves where they should have been arranged alphabetically or in another convenient order. This worker is messing around there, stepping on them, in general, there is no smell of professionalism there. One day I spent about an hour there to receive a package, and there were only six people in front of me. After that, I decided not to order anything, so as not to deal with Kazpost in Akmola.
