The service is good, but the mail is very small. Parcels don't arrive here. We live next to the post office, and you need to go to Nazarbayev for parcels, where there are repairs in January (but you don't know about it) and, as a result, you need to pick up parcels in the third place, which is soooo far from your house.

A very small branch of Kazpost. Two windows for reception, one window for delivery. The service is not prompt, sometimes you have to wait a very long time. The staff is polite but unfriendly. The location is convenient only if you can walk.
