The mail is working very poorly ! The parcel arrived at the post office from Petropavlovsk to Astana at Mukhamedkhanov -25; on May 31st, today is June 9th! The status of the parcel that I sent "EMS GoPost" paid 3,200 tenge. It turns out that there is such a service now, that is, a courier can pick it up at the post office and add it to the door, but it doesn't work!. The question is, why hasn't it been delivered yet? The recipient waits for her for 9 days. I'm calling, the operators are all busy, they don't pick up the phone. I went to sort out the post office from where I sent it in Petropavlovsk, dialed 1499 in front of them, and they told me to wait two more days!🤷🤦🏻♀️ What is it? What kind of service is this anyway!? Why do I need this service if it doesn't work? And this is for a moment in Astana, and if another city would be in the region, then what to expect....
