Terrible service.. Some kind of return to the USSR. The queue is at least an hour long, the service is very slow, there is no electronic queue, not all tables and cash registers are working. The employees have unhappy faces, as if they are doing a favor. As much as possible, we always try not to send by post. And we recommend it to everyone. Although everyone knows it themselves. It's good that now there are many other options where, unlike Kazpost, there are no queues at all and customers are valued.

There is always a queue, they do not accept money, either cash or a card, the staff looks tired or loaded, questions are not always answered, you need to wait in line for at least an hour or even more to send mail or a parcel.
