Unfortunately, there were negative impressions of the work of the post office and the staff receiving parcels. The service is very slow, questions are answered rudely, without a desire to help. The electronic queue system is particularly puzzling. I took coupon No. 160, but in fact I was accepted after No. 163,164 because, as it turned out, it was a "reservation coupon". A logical question arises: why then is there a general order if it is not respected? This misleads customers and creates a sense of injustice. I would like a more understandable and transparent queue management, as well as a polite and respectful attitude towards visitors.

Kazpost did not disappoint, as always. Weekday, lunch area, 1 window is open. To the exasperated exclamations of those waiting, the staff handling the parcels replied in a relaxed manner: we have lunch, although the post office is open without lunch. The waiting time was 30 minutes, we were lucky. They came to apply for a pension at home (they sent it from the bank and not to the address, as it turned out). A post office employee sent us to a pension payment center (which is also not the right address), our competence is off the charts. What's interesting is that the experts on the ground are confidently sending them to the wrong address. By the way, the registration of a home pension is done through a PSC, at least one of the Kazpost employees read it. By the way, the pension payment center says that they have already asked not to send to them, but immediately to the PSC. Bottom line: the staff was incompetent, 1 window was working, and people were grumbling about the waiting time. And yes, it feels like time has stopped, no one is in a hurry.

The Kostanay branch of Kazpost JSC is open on Saturday until 1:30 p.m. during Eid. The workers refused to accept the parcel, as they, you see, arrange for the mail to be sent. The hall is empty, if you say that there are a lot of people and they won't have time to serve everyone. And the only client. I told them the time and said I would complain. They told me: How can you complain during Eid? Is it necessary to snap and refuse your services during Eid? And if this is part of your job, and there are 25 minutes until the end of the working time, please work honestly and decently "during Eid."

Inconvenient working hours. It completely coincides with the working hours of the majority of people. I couldn't buy stamps for three weeks, because there are no stamps at all in the main branch, and the mini-kiosk does not work on Saturday. In general, there is nowhere to get even special information, the main hall is like a branch of oriflames, ivons and faberlics, as well as banks for issuing loans. And somewhere modestly in the corner there is a table for sending parcels. As for the parcel store, or whatever it is more precisely called, then there are complaints only about the opening hours: it's definitely not about the convenience of the recipients. And the service is good: questions will be answered, the parcel will be found.

I needed to redirect the parcel from the district office to the office in the city of Kostanay, it took a lot of time, first I had to write an application for shipment, then pay for the shipment and for the application, but at the checkout the operators could not find the code of these payments for a long time, they did not know themselves, their senior employee too, even those who accepted the application did not know how to make the payment. I sat there for forty minutes while they searched, even contacted the hotline. In the end, we found the codes for both payments, although the amount was paid by the one that the hotline operators told me. In general, this parcel was then sent to one of the branches, they were accepted there, but apparently they also did not figure it out and sent it for sorting again. Again, I had to leave a request on the hotline to be brought to the department. As a result, they call me from the department to pick up the parcel, I came, but they did not find the parcel, they did not indicate the number of the row and the box on it. So I had to wait another 5 days until they manually found the package. The impression of Kazpost's work remained unsatisfactory
