Probably the worst department in the city. There are always queues, and the ticket vending machine is often broken. Parcels are issued the old-fashioned way through an operator, it takes a very long time. Not all windows work, if a legal entity with 100 envelopes is stuck in front of you, you can take the second turn for retirement, you will be sitting for so long. The work schedule is inconvenient, not for busy people. Sometimes the staff helps out, but sometimes they are not in the mood. If we had done the delivery of parcels like in a supermarket, the service would have been much faster.

I have been to many branches of the Kazpost of Karaganda and everywhere the service is decent, polite. They need to raise their PO!

the best is the enemy of the good, I came earlier and received the parcel in 5-7 minutes, but effective managers got to the department. Receiving parcels in the general queue from 30 to 60 minutes
