The staff is friendly. People are smiling and it's nice to come in and talk. Parcels are always neatly folded. There is no queue. The air conditioner is working, which is necessary in this heat.

I haven't been able to get through for two days, the landline phone number listed on the website, no one picks up the phone. They sent my parcel to the post office on Tashkent Street, went there, could not pick it up, because after entering the code that was sent the pin code did not come to the phone.
