In the beginning, the employee ignored it a little. Then everyone began to behave politely. Maybe they were very busy, because many pensioners always go there and sometimes there are queues. Many thanks to the staff, they helped a lot in the end.
Our parcel was delivered to Semey on the second day. It surprised us very much. But it took about a week to get to Astana.

It's an amazing place! If you want to plunge into the atmosphere of the early 90s, then you are here! The last renovation of the premises probably took place back in Soviet times. Shabby walls, doors, and everything else create an original flavor. But the staff is kind and helpful!
