The building needs repairs, it is very dirty, duct tape on the floor, everything is broken, there is little light, parcels and boxes are scattered. How can you even work here or receive parcels? There are wires sticking out everywhere, everything is shaking. Many employees leave ahead of time. The photo shows only a small part of this terrible place. Where is the government looking?! We complain to both Akimov and the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Why is everything going fast in other countries, and everything looks beautiful. And here it's like you're in the USSR

The worst post office in the whole city. The room has been in need of repair and maintenance improvements for a long time. There is only one window for all services. It took 1 hour to pick up the parcel and stand in line of 9 people!!!!!

It's very dirty and dark, like in a basement.the floor is always dirty.everything is simple and neglected, starting from the stairs on the way up to kazpoche.in general, it's scary to go there, but this is the nearest place to receive a parcel ((((
