The service is just terrible. I usually order parcels from the Temu app to the central post office, I go there and it takes me a maximum of 5-7 minutes to pick up the parcel, I show them the track number and they bring me the parcel in a minute, and this time I ordered to post office number 6, I went there and the stench is terrible. I show her the track number, and she tells me that I need to log in to the app, go to your orders, click track the order and it will show which cell the package is in, I did as she said, showed her the phone and she says that the order is in drawer number 124. I looked in this drawer there is 1 package there, I took this package and brought it to her and she says that it is the wrong package and that I took it from the wrong box. Then it turned out that my package was lying next to her. She just stood there and argued with me for half an hour that I had done something wrong.
