The department itself is good, pleasant and responsive staff, but Kazpost itself is something, the parcel coming from China arrived in Almaty faster than it was sent from Almaty to Atyrau. If there is a choice between Kazpost and another company, choose another one. 3/5 just because of the local branch, so 1 would get in trouble.
