Even just to put on a stamp and take 80 tenge per envelope from local employees takes 20 minutes, I answer. They start to look at something very slowly on the monitor. Although they do not knock out anything, no information. After that, they get the stamp and take the payment! By the way, it's still the old-fashioned way, payment is only in cash, no cards, QR codes, transfers and so on. In general, going to the post office is hell. Unfortunately, at work I have to send letters with documents, I compile them, collect them and go to the post office once a month
