There is no worse service. Parcels get lost, go to unpredictable directions, other branches. There is always a queue for half an hour to receive a parcel. It doesn't work at all on weekends. In short, everything is as usual if something is entrusted to the state and the state administration.

Well-organized work, when I remember what queues used to be, I'm horrified! And in recent years, they have been serving quickly, they almost do not have to sit and wait for their turn. Parcels arrive without complaints, a couple of times when the parcel was sent to another branch, the staff helped and fixed everything. I really like it!

They work until 4. Weekends are Saturday, Sunday. The staff leaves much to be desired. Terrible service. Of the two windows, only one always works.
