I sent the parcel to Almaty on 07/22/24. today on 07/29. there is no tracking by track code. The package has been lying somewhere for a week. from Pavlodar, Kataev's department is 140013. why enter a track code if the system is not working?? or are the employees negligent about their work!! ??
