Disgusting work of the staff! I had to leave Kazakhstan, and I received my parcels from next. Next company has sent a written request to Kazpost 9 times to change the recipient of parcels, but Kazpost has not been able to do this for 1.5 weeks without explaining the reasons. Also, your operators simply drop calls and are rude, it is impossible to contact the management.

Parking is a problem, since the city center, the building is large, I received the parcel properly, although I had to pay, and their cashier does not accept cards and online transfers, I had to look for an ATM to withdraw cash, since there are no ATMs in the office itself. I would give 0 stars. I was waiting for 2 packages from Aliexpress. The delivery was carried out by Kazpost. None of the packages received a notification that they had arrived. I had to open a dispute on AliExpress. It all took a lot of time and nerves. And only after the dispute was closed in favor of the seller, the Chinese told me in correspondence to contact Kazpost and look for my parcels there. One turned up in the database and the operator saw that she had already arrived 2 weeks ago. And the second one wasn't even in the database. I had to call the manager to go to the search department, and it was only in some "secret" database that the specialist found my parcel in the 59th branch. Both packages are not cheap. One is 25,000 tenge, the other is 47,000 tenge. Question: since when has Kazpost stopped sending notifications to recipients? And what kind of new business is it for Kazpost employees to wait until all deadlines have passed and "privatize" unclaimed parcels?

Good mail. My friend lives in Kazakhstan, and I needed to send her a package. In Moscow, I filled out the address incorrectly, so the parcel could not reach the recipient. I was contacted by Kazpost and asked to duplicate the recipient's exact address and name. People didn't send her back, they helped me.

I take off 2 stars for removing the electronic queue. And the big minus is that there is no caspi QR payment. I use the services both as an individual and as a company. The documents are a mess! It is impossible to find out the account balance. I have to run to the girls to work with clients, then to the accounting department... Constant queues and unwillingness of employees to work. You can wait in line for half a day. Kazpost, take action! Stop saving on the wages of your lower-level employees, on whose competence and quality of work the reputation of the company as a whole depends. It doesn't do you any credit.

Kaz mail is the most lame thing we have. Parcels are delivered to offices 38-40 km from home. Redirect only by courier. When sending parcels, unnecessary services are imposed, and without notifying about it. Everything is aimed at sucking money out of a person.

At exactly 18.00, everyone turned off the lights everywhere, all cashiers are off.They all left. I had to go out through the staff exit.

The disadvantage is that the letter arrived and was in the mail for two days. They brought the receipt for the letter, but they didn't put it in the mailbox, they just stuck it near the entrance door. I understand that a postman's salary is small, but you can't do that either. I'm waiting for the second letter, it's been in the mail for 4-5 days, but there's still no receipt ((( You have to go by yourself, it turns out. By the way, most of the employees of the post office don't know where to receive registered letters, I barely found it.

I quickly paid taxes for the sole proprietor, in the financial department of this post office from the operator Kerimbek Rinat Akylbekuly. I noted for myself that Rinat is a knowledgeable specialist. In November 2020, I had to pay a fine for the sole proprietor. I paid three times in different ways (through the terminal and online through the bank). The payment did not go through. I remembered about the post office on Bogenbai Batyr 134 and its employee Rinat. I arrived at the post office on Saturday at 13:50. I got to Rinat again. He received me after the post office closed at 14:00, advised that it was better to pay the penalty for two half-years. The payment was completed three days later. I will know that there is such a knowledgeable employee in this post office! I think he deserves not only gratitude and encouragement for his work, but also a promotion. Incredibly slow service. One person per hour for sending parcels. Moreover, I also complained to the administration. Three tables for the reception, three girls are sitting. One drinks tea, the second talks on the phone, the third registers one person, then leaves for lunch. The others follow her. Probably tired. Incredible performance. However, for their salaries, I would not go to this job in principle, but that's another story.

Managers and employees, below 0 is your job. My parcel was PAID for with door-to-door delivery, but your staff arbitrarily decided that if your service does not have enough couriers, then I can come in person. I kind of need it)) but your schedule from 9 to 18 and on Saturday / Sunday off gives few people a chance to catch up and pick up the parcel. Therefore, people pay for delivery - but you are so arrogant that you change the status of parcel delivery to a convenient one for you. The call center responds we don't have enough couriers. Where should I write a complaint about you?! Only unsubscribes from your support chat operators. Horror, not service.

The Kazpost website offers you to immediately become a legal entity. because it is believed that individuals do not send parcels. Then, for some reason, they need the sender's BIN. But I am an individual, I paid for the shipment in cash. No matter how I tried to register, nothing happened. It is easier to call the recipient and find out about the delivery.
