It takes only 1 operator to send it, and one operator issues it. There are 5 windows in total , only 2 of them are working , so why are they empty?Now the time is online, respectively, sending and receiving every day, there are many of us and one operator, and therefore people are asking to add jobs The service itself is not bad, the operators are polite, they no longer pay attention to scandals, apparently they are tired Waiting time : hours
