Terrible separation! There is no lunch on the work schedule, but the department is closed from 13 to 14, everyone is at lunch. We left at 14:00. I have 2 parcels ahead of me. The time is already 15.20, but he is still processing the 2nd parcel. One finger searches for familiar letters, taking its time. Both the operator and the head of the department are rude. There are 10 people in the queue to send emails. Only one window is working. I don't recommend coming here!!!!
