I took the ticket at 15.10 h. only 3 windows for receiving parcels and letters worked. they work very slowly. in 2 hours, 7 people were served in 3 windows. people were nervous, many came on the 3rd day, could not send mail. then the database is not working. at 6 o'clock, the base was not working. since it was my turn, I decided to wait. an hour later, the base finally started working. of the 9 letters I intended to send, only 5 were accepted. when asked why they told me something about exell inaudibly. envelopes and packages are also received through the database. the guy sat in line for 1.5 hours just to buy packages. There is no table to pack the parcel. He was sitting on the floor, packing bags. and then I was still sitting in line with a repeat coupon to send the parcel. you can make a separate window for the sale of envelopes and packages. and a packing table, where the staff checks the contents of the parcel, closing it to the window for registration and calculation. then it would be more convenient and efficient. people would not go for 3-4 days to send a small parcel or one letter. also, the fences are plastic, behind which the staff is sitting, without holes, you can't hear. therefore, people are shouting in the hall, there is a noise. we have to lean into the iron box through which we transfer the documents, they spoke into it so that they could hear us and hear them. in general, I felt offended and ashamed of the metropolis with primitive conditions.
